This is the rate we charge for work done here in the shop; typically the best bang for your buck because we only charge you for technicians’ active repair time - not time spent monitoring automated processes like scanning, defragging, and copying.
ON-SITE
$70/hr
If your machine needs to be set up or must be examined in its own environment, CTRL+shift technicians will come to you.
COMMERCIAL ON-SITE
$85/hr
Business services for the complex systems and operational considerations that characterize office environments.
REMOTE SUPPORT
$55/hr
For the fastest, greenest service, we offer a remote repair option that allows CTRL+shift technicians to perform many operations from across town or across the world.
